The historical charm and exquisite design of this hotel made our stay truly memorable. Our spacious suite was beautifully decorated and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The hotel's location within a stunning park added to the peaceful ambiance. While the breakfast was not exceptional, the courtyard setting made for a delightful dining experience. I highly recommend this exclusive oasis for a luxurious stay in Guayaquil.

Spending New Year's Eve at this exclusive hotel was an exquisite experience. The facilities were new and pristine, and the staff was extremely attentive, speaking multiple languages fluently. Guests had access to a beautiful park and open courtyards with beautifully maintained gardens and water fountains. The rooms were big and well-appointed, and the interior was just stunning. The location, in the middle of a lush forest, added to the magic of the New Year's celebration. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was luxurious.
The breakfast at the hotel was not up to par with such outstanding facilities, and some of the staff seemed less helpful and nice compared to others.

Staying in this historic building in the tranquil park was an amazing experience. the attentive and multilingual staff, the large and comfortable room and bathroom with beautiful view, and the unforgettable breakfast in the courtyard make this hotel unique. the nearby attractions, like a large shopping center and several upscale dining options, are also a plus.
The location might be a bit remote for those who prefer to be in the city center.

Spent Thanksgiving at a recently renovated hotel housed in a historic building, surrounded by a beautiful park. the house is charming with spectacularly high ceilings, and the rooms are enormous. the bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets and pillows of very high quality. They had a make, your, own, lemonade kit in the room on arrival, which was a lovely touch. BEST ASPECTS: the courtyard where breakfast is served is beautiful, surrounded by well, maintained gardens and water fountains. the staff is multilingual, very attentive, and the premises are immaculate.
As great as the hotel was, there are a few downsides. the location is a bit isolated and requires a car to go almost anywhere.
